“So You Think You Can Dance” choreographer arrested
“So You Think You Can Dance” series will enter its fifth season this May. But before it could be in news for the anything good, related either to the series or its contestants, Alex Da Silva, a choreographer in the series and a salsa instructor got the series in news, for getting arrested. Alex has been accused of sexual assault.
According to the news that has come up after the arrest of this choreographer, many shocking revelations have come across. This is not for the first time that a complaint has been put forward about this man. The salsa trainer has been accused in 2003, 2004 and 2005 of sexual assault, but the news took fire when another report of the same kind came forward on Saturday, March 28. All the previous cases that were reported in years 2003, 2004 and 2005 were reopened then. The woman “accused Da Silva of luring her to his home, using a ruse to get her into his bedroom and raping her.”

The case was then handed over to a detective, who revealed the details of the case saying that there is no connection between these women but the assault is done basically in the same manner. He further said that “We’re almost sure there are probably other victims out there and we hope they’ll come forward.”
With a thing like this coming up, what do you think - will he be able to maintain his position of a choreographer in “So You Think You Can Dance?” Will people still like to watch him giving training to contestants on this unique dance show? Let’s find out what happens next with this salsa trainer cum choreographer.
